Shipping Time

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 5–10 business days after the order is placed, depending on the destination, package weight, shipping method, and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, local delivery conditions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that international shipments may be delayed for these reasons.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Your order will be shipped from Japan via Air Packet, FedEx, or EMS (Express Mail Service).

The shipping method and carrier will be selected by us based on the destination, package size, weight, shipping conditions, and service availability.

Customers cannot choose or specify the shipping carrier or shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country, customs authorities, or delivery service.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost paid at checkout unless otherwise stated. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Additional charges may include:

  • Import duties and customs fees
  • VAT, GST, or other local taxes
  • Import-related taxes or fees
  • Customs clearance or brokerage fees
  • Handling fees charged by the delivery service
  • Additional domestic delivery charges in the destination country

Customs policies, tax rates, and import regulations vary by country and may change without notice. We are unable to predict whether any charges will apply or how much they may be.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please check with your local customs office or relevant tax authority before placing your order.

We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, refusal of delivery, or returned shipments caused by customs clearance, import restrictions, unpaid duties or taxes, or other procedures in the destination country.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination.

Free shipping is available for orders that meet the following minimum order amounts:

  • USA: Free shipping on orders of USD $100 or more
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders of CAD $140 or more
  • Europe: Free shipping on orders of EUR €100 or more
  • Oceania: Free shipping on orders of AUD $140 or more

For orders below these amounts, shipping fees will be charged at checkout.

Please note that the free shipping threshold applies only to shipping fees.

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, brokerage fees, handling fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country or delivery service are not included in the free shipping offer and are the responsibility of the recipient.
